LIVESTREAMERS
You can...- Stream/play our Spotify/Apple Music/Deezer/Tidal tracks & playlists on repeat, as music in your livestreams (chat, gaming, etc) on one Twitch or YouTube channel.

You can... - Stream our Spotify/Apple Music/Deezer/Tidal playlists on repeat while studying, relaxing, or to help you sleep or reduce your anxiety. Teachers and educators-- we have plenty of great music for your classrooms and students, too!You are not allowed to...
- resell our tracks
- claim them as your own original compositions
- record singing/vocals over our tracks nor release a vocal-version as an original composition (though you may use them to practice songwriting on your own, privately!). You may not release our music as a single or as part of an album.
- You can’t turn your Twitch channel (or any other streaming channel) into a music radio station and just play it. There is no reason for you to do this, as it’s already free on multiple platforms. Yes! Our music is made for you to enjoy as a fan, or to use as background music in any kind of content. Use it, abuse it, no need to give any attribution (but we do appreciate a thank you or some type of credit). This music is all for you 🙂
Every single StreamKitty track has been catalogued so as to not give you a copyright strike, with YouTube's Content-ID system. You may receive a notification that copyrighted content is found, but that is NOT a strike against your channel (it's a copyright claim-- and it's fine).
Every one of our songs is deemed safe by YouTube itself. You are free to use any StreamKitty song/album/playlist as background music in your Youtube livestream.
In the future, we will offer a large selection of our tracks as free downloads, so you can use any you'd like, in an edited (normal) Youtube video.

Every StreamKitty track has been confirmed as safe to use with Twitch . You might run into some occasional VoD mutes due to their sub-par audio recognition system (Audible Magic, Twitch's version of YT's Content-ID). This will occasionally happen with any copyright-safe music. If you want to guarantee zero mutes in your VoDs, make sure you utilize a "VoD Audio Track" inside OBS that will remove your music before the VoD is posted on your channel.
Short answer, kind of. Long answer: TikTok's music TOS is always changing and currently any TikTok longer than 60 seconds that has music on it gets muted. Currently, there is no route around that with any music. Keep it under 60 seconds and you should be cool!
Not us! You can recognize all of our music as official StreamKitty releases, because they have our logo in the bottom right corner of every single thing we release (sometimes with our name, and sometimes without, like on singles and stuff like that). Those releases do not have our logo.
People like to add us a Main Artist on their releases sometimes. We don't mind, we just have nothing to do with that music.
